1. Who we are

NexyMark is a small web and app development team based in Saddar, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. We build websites, Flutter mobile apps, lead-capture automation and CRM for real estate agents. This policy explains what we do with personal data when you use this website or contact us.

2. What we collect

When you send an inquiry through our contact form, we collect:

• Your name and email address (required)
• Your phone or WhatsApp number, country, package interest and message (optional)
• A record that you ticked the consent box, with the time of your inquiry

We do not ask for payment details or any sensitive personal data. Please do not include them in your message.

To limit spam, our server briefly uses your IP address in memory to count how many inquiries come from one connection. We do not save it in our database. Our hosting provider may also keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the service.

3. Why we use your data

• To reply to your inquiry and arrange a demo or quote
• To send you an automatic confirmation email
• To keep a record of our conversation
• To protect the website from spam and abuse

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use a small number of service providers to run the website:

• A database provider (Supabase), which stores inquiries
• Our email provider, which delivers notification and confirmation emails
• Our website hosting provider

These providers process data to deliver their service to us. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

5. Where your data is processed

Our team works from Pakistan, and our service providers may store or process data in other countries. By contacting us you understand that your data may be handled outside your own country. We take reasonable steps to protect it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting relationship. We delete them when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep them.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the UK, the EU or the UAE), you may have the right to ask for access to your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw your consent.

To use any of these rights, email us at info@nexymark.com. We will reply within a reasonable time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts are served from our own website. If we add analytics later, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as encrypted connections and restricted database access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Links to other websites

Our site links to other websites, including our demo site hosted by a third party. They have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
